Three Times A Charm, So Three Pictures to Share

I couldn't help going through a few of the pictures as they were downloading so here are three...one right after they won, Shelby and Megan hugging and one of them with the trophy.

The one of Shelby and Megan hugging tells such a story with the Floodwood player right behind them with the ball hiding her face and a couple on the bench also crying...I feel bad for teams when they lose, but we have been in those same sad shoes two years in a row, and it was Bigfork's time.

I better get to bed as it's 1:30 am....but just wanted to share these three....there are many, many more to come.

I am sooooooo proud of these girls....Hibbing has a pretty decent article on their website about the girls! We saw the ambulance and fire trucks waiting outside of town...took me a minute to figure out why!! This has been years in the making!! And Congrats to the 2 great seniors that get to have a memorable last season of basketball in Bigfork!!! Shelby and Brittany

julie- i just love the pic of all of our girls running to hug each other and andi jumping into the air with blue and gold pompoms flying thru the air as the buzzer goes off! it is PRICELESS!! the pompoms are from all the little girls standing up there biting their nails, screaming their heads off and watching as their heroes made history! what a beautiful thing for these girls to be a part of!! what a wonderful legacy to leave for the little girls coming up! i love the fact that this pic captures that moment in time! see ya down south! i'll be there watching as the Bigfork Lady Huskies "re-enact" the story of the Little Engine That Could!! i feel sorry for any team that underestimates our girls!! :)mel:)
