After a rough start and more foul trouble, those cute refs turned out to be "not so cute" haha. Annalise and Megan sat about 10 minutes of the first half due to early fouls, with 2 each. One of those games after a long night and a tough loss the night before, it was a little hard to get their rhythm going. They did though, and pulled out the win with a final score of 68-26. There were four girls in double digits with Megan leading the way tonight with 17 (all in the second half no less), Andi with 15, Theresa with 14, Shelby with 11, Carolyn with 5, Lise 4 and Robin 2.
Sorry I didn't get the Deer River pictures posted today but will get some up tomorrow and hopefully get through some of the Hill City game also. I am behind on some other pictures that HAVE to be done tomorrow so it will be slow going.
There are pictures posted from Kevin J. Anderson's gallery and there are some good ones too... do a search for Kevin J. Anderson (the girls basketball recruit site guy) and you will find he has a gallery of the Bigfork/Deer River game. You should be able to click on the link and go directly there.

Now to get ready for those pesky Spartans!!!!
P.S. Congratulations to their post, Lindsey Kingsbury, who hit the 1,000 point mark last week as a junior. A very fine player for the Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans....she is the very first girl from their basketball program to reach that goal! That's a big honor and she should be congratulated!
