Well tonight is Parent's Night and the girls are set to play the Ely Timberwolves. They have a record of 14-7 with a recent loss on Saturday to Two Harbors. We played them in the third place game of the Hibbing Christmas Tournament and defeated them by a score of 69-35 but by looking at their record, they have improved quite a bit since the holiday tournaments.
They beat Chisholm by one point, defeated Cook Co. (which beat MIB) and also defeated a tough Cook Gopher team...so they aren't a team to look lightly at. The girls are going to have to play tough tonight as Mariah McDonald has been heating up the scoreboard every game.
My wish is for the Lady Huskies to have a great game tonight and that Shelby has a good game the last time she plays in the Jerry Chiabotti Gymnasium....just play the way you always do and good things will come....
